Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. Guests must confirm arrival time on check-in day using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Breakfast, Half Board, and Full Board rates receive breakfast for adults and up to 2 children under 11 years old registered in the same room. Guests booked in Half Board rate plans receive lunch for adults and children under 6 years old; lunch fees apply for children aged 6-11 registered in the same room. Full board rate plans include lunch and dinner for adults and children under 6 years old; lunch and dinner fees apply for children aged 6-11. Fees are collected at the property.
