• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 March, EUR 1.30 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.65 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 30 September, EUR 1.90 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.95 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Destination fee: EUR 1.7 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 11 years of age.
• Boat transfer per adult: EUR 35 (roundtrip)
• Boat transfer per child: EUR 15 (roundtrip), from 3 to 11 years old

Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
