To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Please be aware that 2 cats and 3 dogs reside at this property. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This property is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by boat. Guests should park their car on the dock or in front of it. The property provides the transfer and the meeting point is Puerto Maldonado, ladera sur del Lago Tagua. Guests need to contact the property in advance to arrange pickup.
