• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

• Hot springs access available from 11:00 AM to midnight.
• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
• Guests with tattoos will be required to follow specific instructions when using the onsite public bathing facilities; more details are available at check-in.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property 7 days in advance of arrival. Please note that halal food is not available. Meals are not included for children ages 0-5 in all rate plans. Due to renovations, this property's outdoor mineral hot springs in the annex building is not available until 2025 (dates subject to change).
