Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Due to maintenance, this property's elevators will not be available from 9 PM to 6 AM on October 3, October 6-7, December 11-12, and December 15-17, 2025. Guests may hear construction-related noise from 10 AM-4 PM, from October 2 to December 20, 2025. Guests booked in rooms that include a ticket to Solaniwa Onsen must arrange their own transportation to the hot springs (located 5 km away). Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate for children 6 years and under, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee.
