Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
