If you are planning to arrive after 12:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please be advised that this property is a cruise ship and not a standard hotel. Registration is valid with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport or ID card is required at check-in. Guests must contact this cruise ship 3 days in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi. A roundtrip daily transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long is available, with surcharges applicable. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi.
