There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 6.25 (exact amount varies) at check-out. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
