Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. A scheduled power outage will take place November 17, 2025 from 1-6 PM. All facilities that use power will not be available during this time. Elevators will not be available from 1-3 AM on November 18, 2025. WiFi access will be available during this time. This property's fitness facilities will be closed March 1, 2025 until further notice. During this time, Fitness facilities will be available at the meeting rooms (Ascott 1 and 2) located on the G floor from 6 AM-10 PM. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
