The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - noon. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests planning to arrive after 7 PM must contact this property at least 48 hours in advance to arrange check-in. Otherwise, guests arriving late won't be able to check in until the next morning.
