There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email from the property after booking with mandatory online check-in information. Guests must submit valid identification and damage deposit payment via secure link by 4 PM on the check-in date
