Besondere Hinweise

This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests booked in the Breakfast and Room Only rates must contact the property at least 1 week in advance to request dinner. Guests must contact this property at least 1 week in advance to select their preferred dinner time. Dinner is available at 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM. This property offers shuttle pick-up and drop-off service from/to Kutchan station. Guests must contract the property at least 1 week in advance. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property in advance. Guests must contact the property 7 days prior to arrival to book shuttle bus airport transfers (surcharge) to/from New Chitose Airport (CTS). Meals and extra beds are not included for children ages 0-5 years in all plans.
