• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Besondere Hinweise

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6:30 PM to receive dinner. Meals are not included in the breakfast and half board rates for children ages 0-5, and breakfast can be requested for the listed child breakfast fee and dinner for JPY 5,500. Guests who wish to have breakfast and dinner must contact the property 3 days prior to arrival.
