• Hot springs access available from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Contactless check-out is available.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Besondere Hinweise

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. A scheduled power outage will take place on November 17, 2025, from 11 PM-5 AM. All facilities that use power, including WiFi will not be available during this time.
