Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
