Besondere Hinweise

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 2 weeks before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Due to gate closures, access to this property is not permitted 5:30 PM-7 AM from June through August and 6 PM-7 AM from September through May. This property is located in Greater Makalali Private Nature Reserve. The additional mandatory fee covers entrance to the reserve.
