Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property’s restaurant, COUCAGNO will be closed on January 7, 2026. Due to maintenance, this property's executive lounge will not be available on January 27, 2026, from 10:30 AM-2 PM. Check-in and check-out service will be available at the front desk and the lounge service at the Cerulean lounge during this time. A scheduled power outage will take place January 18-19, 2026 from 11 PM-6:30AM. Guests must unplug all the electric devices during this time. Room service will not be available from 11 PM on January 18 to 7:00 AM on January 19, 2026. Breakfast is not included in the Breakfast rate for children ages 0-5 who stay at no charge. A scheduled power outage will take place on January 7, 2026 from 10:30 AM-3 PM and on January 18-19, 2026 from 11 PM-4:30 AM. All facilities that use power, including air conditioning, restaurant will not be available during this time. Check-in time begins at 3:30 PM on January 7, 2026.
