The front desk is open daily from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [C/ Pep Ventura 24 bajo, 43481 La Pineda (Tarragona)]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
