You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

• The seasonal pool will be open from May to October.
• Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the bed & breakfast prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Besondere Hinweise

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - midnight. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
