• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the pension prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
