To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Check-in is at the Hilton Head Accommodations office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Suite #200, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. Their office hours are: Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM, Saturday from 2-8 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM-5 PM. Check-in time on Saturday is at 6 PM.
