Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property will place a credit card authorization for the total amount of the accommodation cost plus GBP 50 for any additional expense items. The authorization of the card will last the length of the stay and it may take up to seven days after the date of your departure for any held funds to be released by your bank. All guests who are traveling from outside the country must contact the property at least 24 hours in advance of check-in.
