Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration. Guests must contact the property in advance for approval to bring their pet. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be crated if left unattended in guestrooms. Pets must be leashed at all times in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, banquet room, gardens, pool area, and the spa. Designated areas are available on hotel grounds to walk dogs.
