There is no front desk at this property. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [55 rue de la République 17320 Marennes]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with special check-in instructions and lockbox information. The host will greet guests on arrival.A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 55 at check-out.
