Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests should take the ferry from Lumut Terminal between 7 AM-8:30 PM (20 minutes to Pangkor Island). Guests should arrive at the first pier/jetty Sungai Pinang (SPK village) and contact the property for pick-up service or walk to the sister property at Pangkor Guesthouse SPK, no. 22 SPK (1-minute walk).
