To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. All guests, including children, must present either a valid physical passport or Singapore's National Registration Identity Card at check-in. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
