To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 10 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property is located within Jaguar Park and guests are required to pay a daily park entrance fee. The park entry fee for guests who are residents of Mexico is MXN 255 per person, per day. The listed mandatory additional fee comprises the park entry fee for non-resident guests. Fees are collected at park entrance. Guests will receive wristbands upon payment. Guests are required to wear the wristbands for the duration of their stay.
