The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way transfer fees for guests ages 10-17.
