You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-out is available.
• At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.
• The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.
