To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests must provide complete passport information to the property at least 48 before the cruise date. Guests who do not provide this information and arrive after 10 AM (GMT+7) on the check-in date will be denied boarding by the port authorities, and the booking will be canceled with full charges applied.
