• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Meals are not included in the breakfast included rates for children 0-4 years old. Guests booked in breakfast included rates will receive children's menu for children ages 5-8 years old. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property at least one week prior to arrival to arrange check-in. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 8:30 PM to receive dinner. In addition to the listed hours, the hot springs are also open from 5-9:30 AM daily.
