You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 200 per accommodation, per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 3.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.75 per night for guests aged 6-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 135 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)
• A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are recommended to download the property's WhatsApp mobile app before check-in.
