The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Parcel or luggage deliveries will be accepted only for guests in-house or checking in within 1 day of receipt. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. There is no charge for parcel or luggage storage within 1 day of check-in or on the day of check-out. The storage fee for other days is JPY 500 per item, per day.
