Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property enforces a smart-casual dress code at a la carte restaurants, which includes long trousers for men. Shorts are permitted at buffet restaurants, but swimsuits, sleeveless clothing, and flip-flops are not permitted. This property does not permit name changes on reservations. The name on the booking must match the name of the guest who is checking in and staying at the property; photo ID is required.
