There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [41 Toji Higashimonzen-cho, Minami-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto]. If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The listed optional service fee covers the check-in at the property instead of the Alternate check-in location.
