The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Tropical Islands Hall]. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Due to renovations, the 'Whitewater River' water slide attraction is not available from May 5-28, 2025 (date may be extended to June 6, 2025, depending on weather conditions).
