To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.
