The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. The mandatory damage deposit varies with room type booked. The deposit is EUR 1,000 for 1-2 bedroom apartment bookings; EUR 1,500 for 3-bedroom apartment bookings; and EUR 2,000 for 4-bedroom apartment bookings.
