Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This is a designated quarantine hotel. The property can only accept bookings from travelers who are required to quarantine (i.e. international travelers). You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in.
