There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [〒605-0812 Kyoto, Higashiyama Ward, Bishamoncho, ４４−16]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. The listed late check-in fee is charged per room per hour. Guests must contact the property 1 day prior to arrival to arrange early and late check-in. Futons are included only for the number of guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Extra beds can be requested at the property with surcharge. Guests must request late check-out at check-in with surcharge JPY 2000 per room per hour. This property does not provide luggage storage. Guests traveling with a pet must present their pet's current vaccination record at check-in.
