The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are required to download the property's whatsapp mobile app before check-in. Guests arriving after 6 PM can choose self check-in or request staff assistance for the listed late check-in fee
