Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The listed ‘additional fee’ covers the compulsory full board meal package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily) fee collected at the property. Children aged 3 and under are not charged for meals. The meal fee is payable at check-in. Boat transfers depart from Port Denarau daily at 8:30 AM and are operated by South Sea Cruises.
