You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 500 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 20 per person, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative COVID-19 test result.
