Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. This property offers 1-way airport shuttle pickup service from Marco Polo airport in Venice only. Access to this property's sauna, and fitness area are available by reservation only. Access is limited to 45 minutes.
