The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Calle della Masena 1391/A]. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
