• This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of MXN 500 (exact amount varies) at check-out.
