The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Pl. Església 1, 17320 Tossa de Mar]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
