To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 2 weeks before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive access codes via text message or email on the check-in date. Upon arrival at the main entry gate to the property, security staff will scan the driver's license, passport, or South African Identity card of the person responsible for booking the reservation.
