• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Peru value-added tax (18%). Nonresident travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa/immigration card may be exempt from value-added tax (18%).
• Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

• According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.

The front desk is open daily from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 3:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 5 and up.
