This property offers transfers from the airport. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 5:30 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests who are citizens of Vietnam are required to present their Citizen Identification Card (National ID Card) at check-in; other forms of government-issued ID are not accepted. All guests who are not citizens of Vietnam must present a valid passport at check-in. This property’s mandatory gala dinner fee on December 31 includes 2 persons per room. Additional fees of VND 3,500,000 per adult and VND 1,750,000 per child (6-11 years) apply for guests exceeding this number and will be collected by the property.
